This policy explains what we collect when you visit madebyghost.xyz or place an order, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and the orders made through it.

Ghost is run by the small team behind madebyghost.xyz. If anything here is unclear, email us before you share anything you are unsure about.

To process and ship an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. For a team or sales enquiry we keep whatever you choose to put in your message.

Payment card details are entered on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation and the last few digits for your receipt.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These keep the site running and help us spot abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build or sell behavioral profiles of visitors.

We use your information to fulfill and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, handle returns and warranty claims, answer support and sales messages, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We share data only with the services that make an order work: Stripe for payment processing, our shipping carriers for delivery, and our email provider for receipts and updates. Each handles your data under its own terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We will disclose data if the law clearly requires it.

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your theme choice and keeping checkout secure. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

We keep order records for as long as tax, accounting, and warranty rules require, then delete them. Support and sales messages are kept while they are useful, then cleared.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@madebyghost.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change is significant, we will note it on the site.
